Emily Hahn M.D.

Emily Hahn, M.D., is an assistant member and pediatric palliative care physician at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. Her academic work sits at the intersection of palliative care, bioethics and disability studies. She is interested in the way patients and families construct illness and disability narratives and how these narratives influence decision making, particularly around medical technology. She hopes to develop frameworks for ethical decision-making that are informed not just by bioethics, but by disability justice and the lived experience of her patients.
