Inmaculada de Melo-Martin Ph.D., M.S.

Professor of Medical Ethics in Medicine

Inmaculada de Melo-Martín is a professor of medical ethics in the Division of Medical Ethics at Weill Cornell Medicine and the Graduate School of Medical Sciences at Weill Cornell Medical College. She holds a Ph.D. in philosophy and an M.S. in molecular biology, which reflects her strong commitment to exploring philosophical questions relevant to the biomedical sciences and technologies. Dr. de Melo-Martín has published widely on these issues. Her most recent books include “Rethinking Reprogenetics” (OUP) and, with her co-author, K. Intemann, “The Fight Against Doubt (OUP).”
