The Office of Student Accounting offers an exit checklist designed to help answer common questions.

To access the following forms, visit LEARN, “Financial Aid & Billing,” “New Students Onboarding Forms” and “General Forms."

Personal Information Update: Updating your contact information will ensure we can reach you for 1098T purpose, etc.

Health Insurance Coverage Extension: For an additional cost, you (and your dependents) can add an additional three months to your WCM health insurance plan through WCM for you and your dependents. View the Extended Coverage information on our Plan Enrollment page.

You also have alternative options through Medicaid:

Direct Deposit: Set up direct deposit to receive refunds quickly and securely.

1098-T Electronic Delivery Consent: Opt-in to receive your 1098-T tuition tax statement electronically.

Federal Exit Counseling: If you borrowed Federal Student Loans, you must complete the exit counseling at studentaid.gov/exit-counseling.

How can I get verification of my degree?

All credentialing information and more can be found on the Registrar page.
To provide an address for diploma shipping, students should complete the diploma address collection form in LEARN.

Disability Insurance: Graduating M.D., Ph.D. & PA students can elect to continue their disability insurance.

Check your WCM Student Account: Review your LEARN account to resolve any outstanding balance.
