Current students may download proof of enrollment from MyHub.
Students and alumni may complete the Document Request Form. See below for information about types of documentation that may be requested.
Third-Party Enrollment and Degree Verifications: Weill Cornell has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to provide degree and enrollment verifications. The National Student Clearinghouse can be contacted at: www.degreeverify.com.
Residency and Fellowship Information: Contact the Graduate Medical Education Office.
Diplomas: Requests for replacement diplomas or certified E-diplomas can be made online through our official diploma vendor, the Michael Sutter Company: https://www.michaelsutter.com/cornell.
Weill Cornell Medical College-Qatar: contact WCMC-Qatar Registrar's Office.

Enrollment Certificate - Please visit MyHub, create an account, and search for CORNELL UNIVERSITY - WEILL CORNELL MEDICAL COLLEGE.
Away Elective Requirements - M.D. students should check the Scheduling Guide for information prior to submitting a request.
Letter of Good Standing - Use the Document Request Form.
Loan Deferments - please submit an Enrollment Certificate from MyHub to loan providers. If additional documentation is necessary, submit a loan deferment form using the Document Request form. It will be forwarded to the National Student Clearinghouse for completion.
Letter Verifying Graduation Requirements are Met - Use the Document Request Form. PhD students cannot receive a Letter Verifying Graduation Requirements Met until their thesis has been accepted in ProQuest.

Place orders for transcripts using the Document Request form.

Official Transcript - Weill Cornell Medicine has hard copy official transcripts only, available by mail, FedEx, or pick up. Required accompanying documentation should be included in the document request.
Unofficial Transcript - unofficial transcripts available by encrypted email.

Certified E-Diploma - Current graduates receive a certified E-diploma in addition to a hard copy diploma following conferral. Certified e-diplomas can be ordered online through our official diploma vendor, the Michael Sutter Company: https://www.michaelsutter.com/cornell.
Replacement Diplomas - Requests for replacement diplomas can be made online through our official diploma vendor, the Michael Sutter Company: https://www.michaelsutter.com/cornell.
Low resolution PDF Diplomas - Low-resolution copies for graduates from 2012 and later can be requested with the Document Request Form.

MSPE/Dean’s Letters - Use the Document Request Form. These are released only to authorized third parties only and not directly to the applicant.
Transcript and MSPEs for Match Services (i.e. MIDUS, SFM, ECFMG) - Requests may be submitted within each match system and should be directed to registrar@med.cornell.edu.
