Official transcript services are provided in partnership with the National Student Clearinghouse (NSC). All requests must be submitted by the current or former student. ERAS & Non-ERAS Match Application Services: MD graduates applying for Fellowship through ERAS should use the Medical Institution Data Unified System (MIDUS) website to request a MSPE and transcript, directing requests to registrar@med.cornell.edu (Office of the Registrar). For SF Match and other match services, please direct requests to registrar@med.cornell.edu. Alumni re-entering Residency Match should contact the Office of Academic Affairs.
VSLO Away Elective Service: Current students do not need to request a transcript through NSC for VSLO applications. Simply submit your application in VSLO, and the Office of the Registrar will be notified to upload your transcript.
The transcript ordering site includes the capability of adding attachments to both paper and electronic copies of your transcript. Accepted file types include .pdf, .doc, and .docx. Licensing forms requiring completion will be processed with the transcript order.

This fee structure has been carefully considered to balance service quality with fiscal responsibility, without impacting staffing or reducing support for our students and alumni. All transcripts are processed through our ordering partner, National Student Clearinghouse. The official transcript fee includes National Student Clearinghouse processing fees.
