This CME-accredited half-day conference will bring together educators, clinicians, nutrition scientists, and learners to explore the evolving role of nutrition across the continuum of health professions education. The program will address emerging accreditation and competency expectations, highlight innovative approaches to integrating nutrition into UME, PA, and GME education, and provide practical strategies for translating these priorities into meaningful curricular change.
The program will include a national keynote, perspectives from across health professions education, and an interactive curriculum-development workshop.
