Education Events Office

Education Events Office is an office designed to manage and assist student events within the Weill Cornell Medical College. We are here to help plan your events so you may focus on more important things!

• All student events supported by funding from Medical Education/WCM must review the WCM M.D. Student Event Guidelines.
• Please complete the MSEC Student Event Request Form to submit your on/off campus event request. The submitted responses will be automatically sent to the Office of Education Events (educationeventsoffice@med.cornell.edu) and Sahira Torres (sjt2003@med.cornell.edu).
• Once your event is approved, you will be contacted with the details of the room reservation. After submitting the request and if you have any questions, please email Sahira Torres (M.D. students) at sjt2003@med.cornell.edu or call at 646-962-4934.
• Only rooms in the Feil Family Student Center (LC rooms) are free of charge. These rooms also do not have AV support, but students can independently operate the AppleTV for projection or Zoom.
