Extended Curriculum Policy

Students who are enrolled for Extended Curriculum will remain responsible for 100% of the applicable tuition and fees for that semester(s) defined by the leave dates. The tuition charge(s) will apply toward the required eight (8) semesters of tuition charges. Students who are enrolled for Extended Curriculum are not eligible for the M.D. Tuition Refund Policy. Students will remain eligible for financial aid and should apply through the annual process.

Approved Leave Policy

Students who are approved for a medical/personal leave prior to the start of the academic semester will not be charged tuition but will be charged all applicable Medical College fees for each semester on leave. Students are not eligible for financial aid while on a medical/personal leave.

Students who are approved for a medical/personal leave after the semester start date are not eligible for the M.D. Tuition Refund Policy and will remain responsible for 100% of tuition and fees. This semester’s tuition charge will apply toward one (1) of the required eight (8) semesters of the program tuition.

Students on leave will be responsible for the following applicable Medical College fees:
